CLIENT'S CHARTER

BTU is committed and hereby promises to deliver quality services for the following:

  • To provide Five Year Strategic Plan of UiTM within 6 months following official launching  as a guide and reference for Center of Responsibility;
  • To assist Center of Responsibility in the preparation of its strategic plan within 6 months after the Malaysian Plan of UiTM has been finalized;
  • To evaluate and disseminate the progress of achievement on each of Center of Responsibility strategic plan at least once a year;
  • To furnish periodically related strategic information to UiTM’s Board of Directors as well as the University’s Executive Council;
  • To provide feedbacks to clients related to their applications for information within 3 working days;
  • To make available information related to contribution of UiTM within the context on empowerment of Bumiputera agenda.
