TRANSFORMATION PROGRAMME MONITORING  |  TPM
 

Transformation Program Monitoring (TPM) is an initiative that drives the implementation, reporting and intervention strategies to achieve optimum success of projects under UiTM’s Transformation Programs. 

 

Among the strategies adopted include:

 

1.     Manage monitoring mechanisms of project output and program outcomes via the use of UePMO system and dashboard;

2.     Engagement with program directors and project managers;

3.     Employ systematic management of project risks;

4.     Manage appointment of new project members, completion of projects and issuance of certificates and letters of appreciation;

5.     Disseminate announcement and notification;

6.     Collect and analyze information and prepare quarterly achievement report.
