• Provides planning and performance reporting of the University to the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
• Recommend the needs of field and projection of lecturer needed according to fields in each Faculty for resource optimization.     
• Define the parameters and methods of measuring productivity for each faculty and campus.     
• Define the expenditure method of each student by program.     
• Define the method of cost of space usage per square foot for space optimization.
