As part of Vice Chancellor Office, BTU is entrusted to plan, strategize and execute UiTM2025 strategic plan to become globally renowned university by 2025. The aspiration of UiTM2025 is to lead Universiti Teknologi MARA in achieving the three (3) significant strategic thrusts which are quality education, global excellence and value-driven performance. Transformation is vital not only for the survival of university, and at the same time producing the new knowledge, capabilities and trained specialists. New values, excellence, synergy and integrity (ESI) were introduced known in attempts to harness transformation agenda by inculcating and synergizing the excellence in the university culture whilst adhering for integrity values. This department is supported by six different units with the main functions is to monitor all strategies, strategic action, and measure achievement of the targeted goal of UiTM2025, becoming globally renowned university. These units are Strategic Operation and Communication, Performance Monitoring, Organizational Change and Mind Transformation, Data Analytics and Statistic, Institutional Research, and Administration and Human Resource Management.
